We're looking for an entrepreneurial-minded leader who is ready to take on executive-level responsibility for raebbit networks GmbH, a sister company of FLEXOPTIX GmbH and part of a growing group of parent, subsidiary, and partner companies located on the Technology-Campus in Darmstadt.

You won't be thrown in at the deep end. You'll become part of an experienced executive management team that will actively support you in this next step and help shape the company's future together with you.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Define the long-term technology roadmap for raebbit networks GmbH and take responsibility for its successful implementation at executive management level
  • Lead and develop the software engineering and IT teams while scaling the technical organization and continuously optimizing processes
  • Identify new digital business opportunities and strengthen our market position

That's You

  • Strong IT affinity combined with extensive experience in project management and delivery
  • You are at home in the field of network infrastructure, possess in-depth technical expertise, and are equally comfortable communicating with both networking professionals and software development teams
  • Experience leading software development and IT teams, along with the ambition to take the next step into an executive management role
  • The ability to support, develop, and empower people while setting clear expectations and maintaining accountability
  • Strong decision-making skills, even when dealing with complex challenges, as well as the willingness to implement necessary changes in a consistent and pragmatic manner
  • Clear, professional, and respectful communication with your team, external partners, and other business functions
  • Strong language skills – German at C1 level and English at a minimum of B2 level. What matters most is confident communication in both languages, in writing and speaking.
